I am a Senior-level PeopleSoft Consultant with more than eighteen years continuous PeopleSoft experience. I began working with PeopleSoft 3.0 in 1993 and have worked with virtually every release since.

My roles have included Technical Lead, Senior Business Analyst/Developer, Functional Analyst and Applications Developer. My responsibilities have included requirements definition, functional design, technical design, hands-on coding, mentoring of technical staff and user training.

I have participated in implementations, upgrades, post go-live customizations and production support. I also have extensive experience with data conversion and integration with external applications.

While the majority of my experience has been in HCM, I have also worked with Financials and Supply Chain. My PeopleSoft functional expertise is centered on core Human Resources, Self Service, Manager Self Service, Base Benefits, Time & Labor and Payroll.
