I am a PeopleSoft Technical Lead and Senior Analyst/Developer. I began working with PeopleSoft version 3.0 in 1993 and have worked with virtually every version of PeopleSoft since then.

My current project is a version 9 HCM implementation for a company converting from ADP to PeopleSoft.

For the last fifteen years I've participated in full life-cycle implementations, upgrades, post-go-live customizations and production support. I have experience with data conversions, integration with external applications and SQL tuning. While most of my clients have used the Oracle database, I also have experience with MS SQL Server.

Although I'm primarily a technical consultant, I understand many of the business processes of the modules I have worked with in the HCM, Financials and Supply Chain product lines. I work well with users and technical staff alike.
